Graduated in Marine Sciences from the ULPGC, he collaborated in the research of the Caretta caretta sea turtle colony in Cape Verde.


Born in Barcelona and in the fishing district of Torredembarra, the son of three generations of artisanal fishermen. Cape Verde work allowed him to publish research and contribute to conservation policies that today continue to impact biodiversity, society and the local economy.

Specialized, working in open sea marine farms, he is trained in the sustainable fishing standard of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), currently managing tropical tuna fishing as administrator of the Proactive Vessel Register (PVR) of the International Sustainable Seafood Foundation (ISSF).

In 2019, he co-founded ideas4calls, a consultancy that transforms ideas into funded R&D&I projects, and accompanies partners in their management and justification.
